The goal of Church Farm is to provide a happy and stimulating environment for all residents, whilst maintaining contact and links with family and friends.
Our well trained staff understand and demonstrate the need to treat all residents of the home as individuals with a basic human right for respect, privacy, dignity and self achievement.
The Church Farm team continually work towards establishing an environment where all care is informed to the resident and / or relative or significant others, so that the residents life reflects as closely as possible their life prior to entering the home. We offer a relative collection service if you are having transportation difficulty when visiting a resident and you are welcome to eat with us during your visit.
Wherever possible, staff encourage the residents to maintain their existing hobbies and interests, using community facilities in preference to internally provided services. They will also encourage independance at all times ensuring that the resident is aware of their rights and promoting freedom of speech.
